Not happy with the way we help you? Please tell us about it!

Being pregnant can be exciting and a bit overwhelming at once. That’s why it’s important that you feel comfortable with your midwife. We will do everything in our power to make sure that you and your baby receive the best possible care. We strive to provide smooth and professional communication at all times. Nevertheless, it might occur that something dissatisfies you.

Contact our Complaints Officer

If we can’t find a solution together or if you need help submitting a complaint, please contact the complaints officer of the ‘Centraal Bureau Klachtenmanagement in de Zorg’ (CBKZ). She or he works independently and impartially, and can help you with support and advice. The complaints officer could also mediate a complaint. Everything you tell the complaints officer remains confidential.
